1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 555 rr1 platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing our services through the 555 rr1 website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account with 555 rr1, you must be at least 18 years You must meet the minimum age requirement. Proof of age may be requested at registration or at any time thereafter. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is only allowed One You may open one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, bank account, or device is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

3 Deposit Policy

To make a deposit at 555 rr1, log in to your account and select the "Deposit" option. The following payment methods are available:

• Before making a deposit, ensure the payment account is registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• If a deposit hasn't been credited, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings, go to the "Withdrawal" option in your account dashboard. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• You cannot claim a new bonus while another bonus is already active.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be transferred to your main balance once the turnover requirement is completed.
• Voided, invalid, or drawn bets will not count toward turnover calculations.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 555 rr1 and cover all Sports Betting and casino games.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• If a sports event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets already accepted remain valid if an event starts earlier than its scheduled time.
• 555 rr1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Any attempt at match-fixing or gaining an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any bets already placed remain valid in the event of a connection loss.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus abuse or bonus fraud.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Placing bets on behalf of a minor.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Account Closure & Suspension

555 rr1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If requested documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.

9.1 Dormant Account Fee

If an account remains inactive for 12 months, an inactivity fee of ৳100 may be deducted each month. The account will be closed once the balance reaches zero.

9.2 Self-Account Closure

To close your account yourself, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team first. We will respond within 48 hours.

• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, a formal complaint may be submitted.
• 555 rr1's decision shall be final and binding in all dispute cases.
• In disputes over betting outcomes, live data and server logs will serve as the primary evidence.

12 Terms Modification Policy

555 rr1 reserves the right to amend these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:
